Rejuvenating the hands: Phlebotherapy and Adipofilling with “feeding” The hands can be rejuvenated by reducing the caliber of the veins and performing Adipofilling in order to restore the volume of the subcutaneous tissues. The aspiration vortex created by the Adipopimer fragments the lobules in a few seconds, producing the suspension to be used in volumetric Adipofilling. A small amount of this suspension of lobular fragments is placed in another beaker. The Adipopimer transforms this material into a suspension of living adipose and stromal cells. Adipofilling does not freeze! Adipofilling suspension which is not injected is conserved at a low temperature: between -20°C and -31°C. Adipofilling transforms an aged hand into a young hand. This simple ambulatory procedure permanently corrects one of the most evident and least manageable signs of aging. |

17. Eliminating dark eye-rings with timedsurgical mixed peeling Timedsurgical mixed peeling eliminates dark rings from under the eyes, with a single treatment! This esthetic defect is often congenital and familial. Mixed peeling is so called because it is a physic-chemical procedure. Timed apparatus is set to the specific program. The current detaches the epidermis. Once the epidermis has been removed, the pigmented dermis can be seen. Timedsurgical de-epithelialization maintains the integrity of the dermal papillae and the capillary-papillary plexus. This perfect integrity enables the resorcin to be absorbed uniformly. The long-term result of mixed peeling and de-epithelialization of the eyelids is that pigmentation disappears, any vascular ectasias are eliminated and the roughness of the skin is reduced. 10. Eliminating lip wrinkles with intradermal cellular Adipofilling Lip wrinkles are a common esthetic problem. The techniques that we use in order to eliminate or reduce them are timedsurgical mixed peeling and intradermal Adipofilling. The washed lipoaspirate is fragmented by means of the Adipopimer. The aspiration vortex created by this disposable device separates the lobules; small lobular fragments are first produced, then, after 20 seconds, single living adipocytes and stromal cells. The living adipose and stromal cells are injected into the dermis of the vertical wrinkles, preferably with a 21 G needle. The result is visible after a few weeks. The fact that the Adipofilling suspension can be conserved in a 1 ml syringe at temperatures from -20°C to -30°C means that further small adjustments can subsequently be made, if necessary. |
