In a fair number of cases, mixed peeling 0.5 can achieve upper blepharoplasty without any skin incisions, thereby replacing the surgical procedure. Mixed peeling 0.5 is as powerful as peeling by means of phenol but does not carry the risks of aggressive peeling procedures. The characteristics of mixed peeling 0.5 also make it suitable for use in patients who have already undergone blepharoplasty who present roughness or asymmetry of the eyelids.
After a few weeks, the upper eyelids have a rejuvenated appearance and are free from artefacts. The surface of the skin has clearly been reduced. The palpebral fold is rounded. The skin is thicker ambulatory procedure permanently corrects one of the most evident and least manageable signs of aging. (Performed by TIMED MICROPULSE – Korpo SRL Medical Device)
A long nose can be shortened and the tip reshaped by implanting an elastic thread through a 2 mm incision.
Elastic lifting of the nose has not only an esthetic objective, but also a functional purpose. Indeed, by correcting the nasolabial angle, this procedure improves the patient’s breathing. The indication for this simple procedure is established during the preoperative examination. The nose-tip is pinched between two fingers and is drawn backwards and upwards; if it is raised easily, the elastic thread can be implanted.
The result is optimal and stable over time. (Performed by Elasticum – Korpo SRL Medical Device)
A long upper lip is an esthetic defect of familial origin. If the lip is not excessively long, it can be lifted by means of two elastic threads.
The preoperative design is drawn from the wing of the nose to the contralateral margin of the columella. From here, it descends obliquely to the extremity of cupid’s bow, follows the edge of the vermilion border and then travels back up to the wing of the nose. Anesthesia is loco-regional.
In this Elastic Plastic Surgery procedure, implanting elastic threads increases the vermilion border, reduces the height of the cutaneous portion of the lip and prevents it from lengthening. (Performed by Elasticum – Korpo SRL Medical Device)

Elastic Plastic Surgery revolutionizes Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery.
The numerous applications of Elastic Plastic Surgery range from large scar revision to Face-lifting, MACS lift, Neck lift, Gluteoplasty, Mastopexy, etc. Elastic Plastic Surgery, requires little or no dissection and is of lasting efficacy.
Three-dimensional Regenerative Ambulatory Phlebotherapy is a new functional and aesthetic treatment for varicose disease that revolutionizes current phlebological therapies. TRAP is able to resolve any case of varicose veins and/or telangiectasias of the lower limbs.
Adipofilling is a new inexpensive method of preparing and transferring adipose tissue. The suspension of adipocytes and stromal cells can be injected by an ordinary syringe needle in order to correct both deep and extremely superficial volume deficits. The results are free from artifacts and stable over time. Another very important application is in Regenerative Medicine.
The lobular fragments and cellular suspension produced by the Adipopimer have the characteristic of not freezing at 21°C, and can be stored in 1ml or 2.5ml syringes to be injected in the following months.
Timedsurgery enables over 70 standardized innovative techniques to be performed,eg: slow pulsed cutting, Electroporo Cosmesis, pulsed timedsurgical de-epithelialisation, mixed timedsurgical peeling, removal of lip wrinkles, elimination of skin hyperpigmentations, re-pigmentation of stable vitiligo, Adipolysis, Blephaplasty without skin incisions, etc…
A miscellany of techniques, ideas and minor innovations in the dermatological and surgical fields.
